Warranty Policy..........A great deal of care goes into the making of every Specific Alloy Components, Inc. product. If you should happen to find a problem with any of our products, which is found to be our responsibility, we will replace or repair that product at our discretion. Specific Alloy Components, Inc. cannot be held liable for parts failure resulting from improper installation or handling, or due to misuse or unintended use of our products.
WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL WARRANTIES LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. DEALERS WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
Return Policy........All returns require prior authorization and must be issued a return code. There will be a 15% restocking fee on returns not covered by our warranty policy. Packages sent without code may be subject to being refused and shipping and handling is the responsibility of the sender. |
