MINIMUM ORDERS
Any order less than $20.00 will be subject
to a $2.00 service charge to off set the handling and billing
charges.
SHIPPING TERMS
All orders are processed on the same day
as received, if submitted Monday through Friday. Orders received
on Saturdays or Sundays, will be processed the following Monday.
Shipments are made by the most economical methods. Your order will normally be confirmed
and shipped with-in 48 hours.
Please make sure to give
us your correct email address, so that we may confirm your order.
We will add shipping costs to your order
and charge you shipping only at actual cost. Packages over size
or over weight limits will be shipped by truck lines. Shipments
by carriers who do not pick up at our warehouse will be subject
to a $5 service charge. For upgraded Air shipments and additional
charge is applied based on the weight or dimensional weight of
the package. Please make note in "special shipping instructions"
if you want to upgrade your shipment. We will confirm the cost
of shipping when confirming your order.
All international shipping charges are
the responsibility of the customer. Specify Air Mail or U.P.S.
service at the time of the order. Customers will be responsible
for any customs fee, tariffs, or duties, if required.

PAYMENT TERMS
We accept Visa, Mastercard
and American Express credit card payment. Additionally, in the
United States, we will arrange Cash or Money Order C.O.D. terms.
Personal checks will not be accepted.
OUT OF STOCK
ITEMS
Unfortunately, back orders
can not be held on out of stock items. We will do our best to
notify you, via email, when the items you want are back in stock.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Paints, gasket sealant,
gas tank seals and most all aerosol products fall into the ORM-D
category (Other Regulated Materials - group D). If shipped within
the USA by air, there is a hazardous materials surcharge of $25
per package. ORM-D items shipped by ground within the USA do
not incur a hazardous materials fee. The recommended method of
shipping ORM-D items to AK, HI and PR is Parcel Post surface
mail. ORM-D items cannot be shipped outside the United States.
RETURNS
Merchandise returns will
only be accepted for credit or exchange. No C.O.D. returns will
be accepted. Merchandise purchases to be returned for adjustment,
replacement or repair must have prior authorization and packages
must be marked with the return authorization number. Merchandise
received in good condition and returned for credit or exchange
is subject to a 20% handling charge. No credit will be issued
without first receiving a prior return authorization number.
E-Mail and Mailing List
Privacy -- American Side Road Cycles respects your privacy. We'll
use your e-mail address only when we are confirming your Internet
order, when we answer your questions or notifying you of changes
and updates to the site or other news. We assure you, we do not
make our email list or mailing list available to anyone for any
reason.
